1.把青菜的菜心摘出来洗净

3.锅中放少许油,姜末炒香

5.放入鱼丸,稍加翻炒

6.放入菜心,翻炒大约一分钟的时间,放入盐糖

7.菜心快熟时放入耗油

8.耗油的量基本是一勺,耗油有盐,所有盐一定要少放甚至可以不放

9.将耗油翻炒均匀即可出锅。

10.出锅装盘时,菜心摆放底部一圈,鱼丸放上面即可。
